Topic: Extruder stoops feeding over a certain feedrate?

I have a Da Vinci 1.0 with the "J37" board. It's running Repetier Mod .92, I'm pretty impressed. I'm also running Repetier Host. Here's the problem. After countless hours of calibrating, I finally got a good quality print!! but if I set the feedrate any higher than 80, the feed motor just stops. I watched the feed hands just stop. Now 80 or under it works fine! I'm using third party filament, 1KG spools, and I don't mind the wait for my parts to get done, but honestly, Im using this printer for business. I build E-Cig mechanical mods. If anyone has any information on how I can fix the problem, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Maybe something in the firmware preventing the extruder motor from feeding faster than the hotend can melt the plastic?

That's what I'm thinking. I think it may be a setting. No idea though. If it is a setting what would it be?
