Topic: Loose wires at print head, Issue 0011

Getting help out of XYZPrinting is like getting blood out of a stone. So, dear Friends...

The extruder temperature did not rise while I was attempting to change the cartridge. I got an Issue 11 error message on the main panel. Looking in google I found this:

http://www.elproducts.com/chucks-blog/d … r-warranty

So I checked the voltages, they seemed ok, and when I tried again the machine started working again.

So, see the attached photo, I think that those wires are loose. How to fix them better?
