bed temp help.

I run my bed at 110 and have very little warping unless you really look hard for it. I also use Elmers glue stick. My current replacement head has similar dimensions and I have printed several with no issue.

Although now I have a flake of glass missing so the heated bed will be my next change. Just need some borosilicate glass and I will be good. I am just going to put it over the existing glass.

Depending on your bed type (PCB, aluminum, glass, mylar, etc) the answer will be different since the temperature on the top where the print sticks will be varying amounts different than what the sensor near the heater says.  For example, I had been getting great prints until just recently when print after print would warp and distort.  Finally solved the problem by reducing my bed temp from 115 to 100.  I think 115 worked well while it was cold outside (my printer is in a shed which I generally leave the heat off to save energy).  Recently, the ambient temperature has been a lot warmer and I think this is why I suddenly started having problems (delta from temperature sensor to bed reduced so my bed got too hot).

Raise your print temp to 235 and print .2 layers.

Generally higher temps results in slightly more filament getting extruded.  Poor layer adhesion for me usually means to slow flow - also accompanied by porous layers (beads don't fully touch each neighbor on each side).  There has to be a way to change to extrude rate ("Flow" on Repetier-Host) - this is a critical knob to tune.

To be honest I threw away the white stuff that came with my printer. It is utter garbage and no matter what I could not get a good print. If you want the best printing experience with XYZ carts, buy the natural stuff. It prints very well for XYZ stuff. If you need something in color then just paint it with acrylic paint.

There is an old saying true for most things and especially true form filament. You get what you pay for. Although there are some exceptions. I use Shaxon filament from Fry's and am very pleased. It is 25 bucks a roll. But yes I would say you have a bad batch and it is just something that happens in this hobby. You can try to get a refund, but I doubt they will do it.

I think I have figured it out. the extruder rate got cut in half from flashing. I used simplify 3d and changed my extrusion multiplier to 2.0 and it is back to printing great. It must be something to do with them trying to make it to where you have to buy their filament.
