Print head home location off - error with auto calibration

Correct.  When the printer homes itself it is to the right of the metal fingers for cleaning.

I would really need to see a picture. Because when mine is home it is over the drop box but about maybe 1 inch to the right of the scrapper.  It will only hit/use the scrapper during the print operation as it lowers the bed and begins to heat the nozzle. So it sounds to me his is in the right home position. The issue is that it does not stop at the right position for the third contact.

Unless his home sensor (black and white device in right x carriage end) is displaced the head will be in the same position as all of ours.  Now it sounds to me that his head is actually put together wrong and the vertical axis of the extruder and hot end may be bent. The hot end or the heat block assembly is actually moved to one side or another. I have yet to take my head apart to see if there is some play where this could happen or if his could actually be damaged.

My guess is the black plastic tab on the extruder carriage that triggers the endstop is broken or shorter than nominal.  The carriage has to move further to the right before the end stop is triggered.

I looked at your video and all looks normal till the last measure. In regards to the scrapper, the rubber part cleans the nozzle as it is brass and very soft in terms of metal. The stainless steel finger cleans the sensor nub for the positioning system. So that part is working correctly.

If you have a method to measure in metric, measure the distance between the inside edges of the contact plates on your machine and I will confirm those to mine. Or someone else can as I will not be home till 12:30 CST thanks to working second shift. Also measure the actual width of both contact plates on the front.

Too me it looks like your bed is actually twisted to the left when looking at the machine. It is possible the Z- rods in the back are bent. Try turning the guide rods on the left and right of the screw in the back and see if you notice any warping in them. You should not be able to tell they are being turned when looking at them. I suspect if you turn then you are going to see the front edge of your bed move left and right.

When it is probing on the right side it should be further in where the nozzle nearly touched the edge of the contact plate as well. This is what leads me to believe the rods are warped and pushing the bed to the left from center.

Ok so lets try this, not sure what you are measuring with but if it is long enough measure the distance between the z rods and the front edge of the machine top and bottom and see if they are the same on both right and left. I am still convinced that some how your bed is torqued to the left slightly and that is causing the probe to miss that left contact plate.

One more thing you can try if you have  a set of torx drivers is to loosen the screw securing that plate and see if it can be moved a little more right before tightening it.

This is a common problem and happens in shipping. With power off pull the x gantry all the way forward till it stops. You should see both sides hit the white rollers at the same time. But in your case the left side probably does not hit. You have to release the tension on the belt for the left side or the wrong side and move the belt over the teeth by hand. Then tighten the tension and see if it is aligned now. Repeat if necessary. The tension can be released by removing the side panel and loosening the two torx screws securing the bearing cup. There is a spring loading ir so you will have to push against the spring to relieve tension.
