Topic: < noob help me filament issues.

Hello everyone
My name is Kevin, I'm very new to 3D printing stuffs. But I'm looking purchasing the XYZ AIO, but I'm a bit concern about the filament issue. I was wondering if you can help me answer a few questions.
1) I heard that you can re-firmware to use your own filament without having to use the cartridge? I also heard the you can reset the eprom chip to reset the counter on the cartridge, if so which one is better for the AIO?
2) If i reset the firmware, will the scamer of the AIO be mess up/wont work ?
3) can you help me with making the counter reset?
   


please help me, my English is not that good.

You need to read the forums some and check on the volitivo.com forums for your answers. The AIO may be different enough that the firmware won't work.
