Or maybe is the way to have the head move from home position first before the bed moves to avoid the head from hitting the screw.

Normal sequence is bed moves down after warm up to about 10mm. once extruder gets warmed up the extruder moves to print start position and the bed moves up to your offset position. The link I am adding is for my EEPROM settings in XLS format so they will open in office. Feel free to try them as I have no issue with it hitting. Pay close attention to geometry like bed size, and axis max limits.

This link is for that actual EEPROM backup and can be imported to your EEPROM.

Re: 100% New to repetier here. Help please

Thanks, but right now my printer sequence is bed moves down agter warm up and once extruder gets warmed up the bed moves up to offset position and then the extruder moves to print.
I need the extruder to move to print start position above the bed before the bed moves up to the offset position.  Ideas on how to make that happen?

Post your start gcode from the slicer and and the first 30 or so lines of one of your gcode files and I will look at the sequence and steps to see if they can be changed.

I have highlighted and explained the relevant lines in your gcode. They are performed in sequence down the line as the machine reads them. To do what you want you just need to change the order of two lines. The issue is that this is not something that can be changed with a modification to start setting in slicer, but needs to be edited manually each time if you want it to behave this way. There may be a setting deep in slicer somewhere in it's ini you could edit but your wanting the printer to perform in the opposite of the standard. What they want to normally happen is for the head and bed to meet as the bed is moving up. This aids in the initial bead of filament sticking. Your wanting it to do the opposite as I under stand and that will cause adhesion problems possibly.

G21 ; set units to millimeters
*M107 <--------Turns your Fan OFF
*M190 S90 ; wait for bed temperature to be reached <---Sets and waits for bed to reach 90.
*M104 S210 ; set temperature <--Sets Extruder to 210. Does not wait but goes to next step.

*G1 Z5.1 F5000 ; lift nozzle <---Moves bed down 5.1mm at 5000mm/m Also injected by Slicer Start Gcode setting.

*M109 S210 ; wait for temperature to be reached <---Stes Extruder to 210 waits for temp to be reached before next step..
G90 ; use absolute coordinates
*G92 E0 <---This resets your extruder feed to 0 or off
M82 ; use absolute distances for extrusion
*G1 F900.000 E-1.50000 <--- Retracts filament inside extruder 1.5mm at 900mm/m
*G92 E0 <--- This reset your extruder feed to 0 or off again,
*G1 Z0.300 F2400.000 <-- This moves your bed to your .3 offset at 2400mm/m
*G1 X90.022 Y91.544 F2400.000 <--This move your head to the print start position of X = 90.022 and Y = 91.544 at 2400mm/m
*G1 E1.50000 F900.000 <-- This compensates for that earlier retract. You see it is the same value but positive now.
*G1 X92.200 Y90.829 E1.64495 F480.000 <--Where filament starts laying down at 480mm/m for 1.64495mm.

Re: 100% New to repetier here. Help please

ok thanks.  Any ideas why my fan ramps up in speed then slows down, back and forth every 1/2 second?
