Topic: Manufacturer support website

Does XYZ Printing have a truly global web page for support where it is possible to contact them and get an answer? I live in Australia. I tried their US site with a question but it bounced with them saying that they support the US only. Then I found a website (not allowed to post the link) which sounded like global english support but no they only support New Zealand customers! In both cases the reply has been to contact my local retailer. Now that's not ideal. The local retailer is new to this product as well and experience is limited. The manufacturer has a world of experience. If anyone knows a way to post the manufacturer a question directly I'd be interested.

Thanks, Fred.

Sounds like you need to setup a proxy in the US and then email them through the proxy so your IP shows as US IP. They issue you will have is sending it back to them if the request it. Also many of us myself included have become very familiar with this machine to the point we are now swapping parts for after market so we can answer many questions.

You might also want to try their Taiwan site as that is their true home site and I believe it has a translation button to make it English.
