A google search for that error tells you that the machine does not see the Y home sensor functioning correctly. Make sure the harness is plugged in well to it. If the is a 1.0 or 1.0A then that sensor is the white part in the upper back left corner.

I had this issue. It also showed 0031 on occasion.

When facing the printer, on the right side of the extruder is some sort of sensor / plug that goes into the extruder. This appeared to becoming loose when printing.

It wouldn't cause and issue when printing, but once finished, it wouldn't return to the correct home axis and do its cleaning motion etc in the middle.

I had to push this sensor back in stiff a few times and it hasn't happened for a while now.
