I'm very pleased with repetier 0.92 on my da vinci.
I just have one problem, after installing repetier the "home position" of the bed (when "turned off"or not printing) is way up in the printer.
Can somebody help me to get it down?

Home position on Da Vinci versions is at the top, not bottom. The bed moves from the top starting position and down as it prints. The home sensor for the bed is at the top to confirm what I am telling you as well.

With the original firmware the bed came down after printing. This was convenient for cleaning the bed.
Any suggestions?

You can always use the LCD controls as well as your host jog controls to move the bed to any position you wish. Also if your bed height is calibrated correctly by using the manual method that is a sticky at the top of this section you can print directly on clean bare glass so you have nothing to clean.
If you now your way around gcode then you could also add a move command to the end gcode in your host that would move the bed to lower position as well. Just need to make a z move to whatever position the lowest usable position is like 180 or so.
In your slicer settings you can add a gcode command to move the bed down at the end of the print like carl said. I don't remember RH that well, but in Pronterface you could make buttons that execute a gcode command. IF RH does that then you can just make a button in the software to push when you want to lower the bed.

Rep host does not allow buttons and to my knowledge no one uses pronterface on a Da Vinci. He will have to add it to his ending gcode if he really needs it.

I now know how to lower the bed in slicer (Z-axis), but how can I make a "button" to send the bed to the right place after printing is done?

I've never used them (mostly because I don't fully understand how 
) but can't you use the numbers 1-5 on the manual control window to execute a custom script?

In the host that are currently used, you cant. You are welcome to try pronterface which allows you to make buttons and assign them functions such as executing a string of gcode. But to my knowledge no one is or has used it or even if it works on Da Vinci. The Repetier firmware is not compatible with all host. To name a few I have tried without success. There is Cura, Craftware, and Makerware. Not sure about others.

He really wants the printer to behave as it did on stock. Where when it finished the bed would move to the z max to give you room to reach the part. If he wants it to do this without his actions, he will need to go into his slicer settings. Find the end gcode settings and add as the final line a z move command to move it to whatever the z max is. I would not go further than 180 myself. Once he does that the code will be added each time a model is sliced.
Ahh I see. Yeah that would be the way to do it. I might add this myself.
