Topic: Strange printing of walls

Hi all

I'm making some "fuel tanks" for RC models (they are only for looks and not actually used for fuel... *S*) and I'm struggeling with the side wall when I use Pronterface for printing.

Have attached STL-file in case someone want to have a look. Attached is also a picture showing what I get out. Maybe not that easy to see, but 2 walls (oppsit of each other) are OK, while the other 2 walls is not OK.
For some strange reason they are 1.75 mm on one end and 2.45 on the other end.

I'm also getting a gap in the wall where the thickness varies.

I have printed the same STL with Repetier and the output is completely different, as in quite good. I have issues with Repetier and can't use it for now.

Any ideas?

have you done the extruder and flow rate calibration?

I have tried, at least in Slic3r, but in Skeinforge I can't figure out where/how to do it, and that's probably why it looks much better with Slic3r.

What problems are you having with Repetier?

It stops after some time during printing. The time varies from print to rpint (even with the same STL), and it's also independent of which STL-file I'm trying to print.
