Topic: X Axis Extremely Loud on Fast Moves

Recently printer has developed a very loud rattling noise on fast x axis moves and it is driving me up a wall. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it!? I will put up a video tomorrow. Also I am running LMU88 bearings, but the sound was there before that mod...

You will probably have to feel around during a print and see if you can localize the source. I trust you do lubricate weekly or at least when the rods seem dry?

They are lubed weekly with as much as I print. This weekend I will pull off all the panels I think and then slowly put it back together until I find the source...
