Topic: Repetier on Da Vinci 1.0A

Hi all, and I am wondering if their is a way to put repetier on the da vinci 1.0A. If their is, how is it done, and how difficult is it?

If you're talking about Repetier firmware then yes.  Repetier .92 is now working for 1.0A Da Vinci's.  I flashed it over the weekend and everything seemed to work ok.  All you need to flash is the Arduino 1.5.8 software and the firmware package itself from github.

Do you know if their is a step by step guide on how to do that, I just don't want to brick the printer smile

hi all, just flashed the printer and it is saying that the computer doesn't recognize the usb. I am using windows 8.1 and everytime i go to install the drivers it comes up as a bossa programming port (it should be an (Arduino Due Programming Port). I'm freaking out and don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. this is the guide I used, I followed the steps perfectly but it didn't work.
