No decomposition if used and stored according to specifications.
Avoid impact, friction, heat, sparks, electrostatic charges.
· Incompatible materials: No further relevant information available.
· Hazardous decomposition products:
Carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide
Hydrogen cyanide (prussic acid)
Hydrocarbons
Possible in traces.
Styrene
Acrylonitril
Phenol
Acetophenone

· Recommendation
Must not be disposed of together with household garbage. Do not allow product to reach sewage system.
Disposal must be made according to local/official regulations.

PLA sounds like a good Idea to wear a dust mask if sanding and do not process above 230c

also recommends recycling instead of trash. so filastruders will get more popular.

Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs

The more times the plastic is remelted the more it degrades...not sure what percentage or ro what degree but can only recycle so many times before its useless

Too bad it's difficult to get an accurate distribution of materials throughout the filament. You could just add in some virgin material to strengthen it.

I think they advise to do that, but like you said no real way to know the consistency of evenly mixed/melted pellets...may have 20' thats great hit a snag when you run into a stretch that has little less...in time im sure things will advance. Like anything else
