i want to make a 3d printed business card has anyone made one yet ?

Could use a text editor in like tinkercad

I tried, but you may want to investigate using a smaller nozzle. Even with a .4mm nozzle, small, clear, recessed writing is a challenge.

Just text?  It's fairly simple to design one in Sketchup with raised letters. I have done that.

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

I'm not sure if OP is still around but you could use this luggage tag customizer and make it say whatever you want.  It's almost like a business card and works for people who don't want to mess with a drafting program.
