Topic: Repetier and Skeinforge

I tried Slicer, but found that the printing quality was superior with Skeinforge.  I haven't yet done Ian's extruder calibration yet so don't know if that has anything to do with it.

From another thread I learned that I needed to setup the Repetier Skeinforge with the skeinforge.py file from the Solidoodle folder instead of the default one from the Repetier folder.  But when I try to slice with Skeinforge from within Repetier, the gcode produced behaves very differently from Skeinforge gcode produced with Pronterface.  Once the print tried to print in the back right corner and no extrusion seemed to be occuring.  Another time the print tried to start printing in mid-air.

Any idea what I should try next?

I am pretty sure there are bugs in the latest version of RH...it does not properly load configs from Slic3r.  I am not exactly sure where the bug lies...pretty sure it is RH issue, but I have not taken the time to test out any scenarios so I can't really be sure, I just know things are not loading correctly when my bed temp will not change even though I changed it and can see the change in the the G-Code.
