Topic: G code from Makerware to print in Replicator G

I have Flashforge dual printer.
Well, it is printing from ReplicatorG, also from MakerWare.
I need to use g code generated in MakerWare to be fed into machine from ReplicatorG software.
When I do it, Replicator telss about some bad code and then if I push print, it goes somewhere with huge speed .. hitting against printer wall.. Any ideas, why it can't feed into printer g code which is ok if I run it form Makerware?
