Topic: Settings for 12x12

In anticipation of my printer shipping this week (as per the blog) I would like to start getting my repetier host configured, however the solidoodle support page has not yet updated to have these settings (I have e-mailed their support about this, they said the support page should be updated soon)

so can some one help me with what the values might be for some of the settings:

- Park Position
- X/Y/Z Max
- Print Area Width/Depth/Height

some of them seem pretty close, but not exactly what I would expect. (e.g. 8" is 203.2mm not 200) Should I be assuming 300mm for a 12" printer, or 304.8?

(I may have more questions about filament/extruder settings but I don't have repetier host in front of me to play around and try to answer my own questions first)

Re: Settings for 12x12

We have a new Repetier Host installer with settings for all new printers and also an updated version of Slic3r which you can get here: http://support.solidoodle.com/hc/en-us/ … l-Software
If you want to keep your current install here are the settings for the Workbench:

X max: 336
Y max: 305
Z max: 305
Print area: 305 for all

Re: Settings for 12x12

Awesome, thank you Soliryan.

I do have a workbench coming, I have not received the E-mail that it has shipped yet, (my order number was one of the last ones that was supposed to ship by the 9th, but with their Christmas shut down I'm not surprised it hasn't shipped yet.)

Also because I am in Canada I don't get to use the little UPS trick of seeing if a shipping label has been made.
