Topic: Delamination confirmation
Here's a 24 hour print job that used a good 1/2kg of black ABS.
I retrieved to find many cracks in the sides of the print.
I understand that I should maybe have insulated the entire machine to keep the interior warm.
Any other techniques to prevent this ugly result?
What is the best substance to use to fill in the gaps, and instill strength to the comparatively weak print? Maybe a ABS/acetone mixture, heavy on the ABS to create a slow flowing goop?
I included the 2nd picture to show a real close call - I mad maybe 1-2 meters left on the spool after the print.
