what program can work with and export rar to stl?

Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs

If you are talking about the other thread you posted in about 3D models, the .rar files are just a compressed file like .zip.  I use 7-zip for handling compressed files.

like thing files on thingaverse? I rename them to zip and windows opens them. will that work with rar too?

had to get winzip but the rar folders  dont all have stl or printable gcode files from that site so... no use for most

OBJ is trivial to convert to STL.
