Topic: Solicare

Anyone have any experience with Solicare? At one point, I was considering purchasing it, but currently my confidence in Solidoodle being able to deliver is very low.

Almost four months after purchasing a Solidoodle, I have nothing positive to say about the experience. It still hasn't arrived, and currently I don't even have an ETA for it. If Solicare is as lackluster as the customer service so far, it's not worthwhile. Any direct experince though?

What I would like to know is why they require Solicare to be purchased only when initially ordering the printer... I would think it should be available at any point within the 60-day warranty period...

Give us a chance to see the support you offer before you require us to pay for a year of it.

so those still waiting for delivery 4-5 months of printer paid for would waste half the money

Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs
