a partner for a manufacturing unit of 3Dprinters in Tunisia

I want set up a manufacturing unit of 3Dprinters in Tunisia for export mainly .
I have a local with a large field around in the capital Tunis , medium and heavy commercial vehicles, and a budget, not great, but I think enough for a start .
I am looking for a partner with a technical background in the manufacture of 3D printers and it will be an advantage if it can participate with a share of the budget
