It could be due to a couple of problems: 1. Too high a temperature for your filament, causing it to swell and jam. You mentioned it happened with several filaments, as long as they are ABS, you should easily be good to 230C. PLA doesn't work well in the Da Vinci without modifications. 2. Poor quality / condition filament. If your filament is brittle, too large in diameter, or oval, small amounts chip up in the toothed gear in the extruder. This can also occur if you previously had a jam and didn't brush off the little toothed wheels. I have actually had this occur several times. Check the end of your filament when you unload it and see if it looks like it has been "chewed". 3. Heater wires are making intermittent connectivity and your extruder temp is dropping off in mid-print. This is usually more noticeable on prints that are located at the extreme front left of the bed since the wires are pulled the most at that point. The first thing I would check would be the filament condition and brush off the toothed wheels. You may also want to try printing one of the demo files just to verify it isn't an issue with the file you are trying to print. An easy indication of how well you have cleaned the hot end of the extruder is when you load filament does it extrude more or less straight down. If it is curling back up or skewing away from vertical, your extruder is still dirty.
