when sliced all it makes Gcode for is like 1/3 of each object. checked and even re repaired in netfab. why wont Slic3r see the whole model?

Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs

well when I searched for it now theres a new set of files with more parts. I just downloaded it a couple weeks ago must have been something wrong and its been updated. that file above sliced correct now from new files

You say it was a carriage upgrade, but you posted the filament guide. Did you mean extruder or both? If you mean carriage, Lawsy posted updated designs awhile back...use v2. Prints and slices just fine.

yes its the one updated that replaces the SD2 acrilic puzzle and lets the new E3D extruder be installed. thanks

decided to load up my replacement parts while printer works lol cant count on SD anymore for SD2

I hear ya...anytime I print for upgrades, I print two additional backups since Murphy's Law is the bane of my existence.
I am sure you are aware that whatever E3D you have, you will need the proper extruder to fit it. If you have the v5, you can simply use Lawsy's MK5. If v6, you need the new one wardjr designed, which can be found on my Thiniverse page...just search AZERATE and my profile should be available.

just looked at your v6 thats the one that wont slice right. must have used Lawsys b4 he fixed that in update 3

That's odd...I just printed 8 of those last night.
Is it just the filament gude or the whole design?

Did you update to the latest version of slic3r? The version stock with RH wouldn't slice the mk5 for me either but works fine in the latest version.

mrk5 slices fine it was the v6 set and may be due to starting with the old mk5 b4 slicer fix was done in 3rd update. got it taken care of now though so thanks for all the help ;^)
