Topic: how often do you have to change Kapton tape

I print on Kapton tape using acetone between each print. I ordered a piece of .005 inch Kapton Tape and I have 159 hours runtime on it with no nicks. or dings.

Ultimaker S3.

when it gets too torn up from removing prints etc

Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs
