Cura settings?

Does anyone have Cura configuration for Solidoodle 3/4?
I set the print size to 200x200x200 mm and when I tried to print a test model, it started extruding plastic, went from front-right to bottom-left, hit the wall, tried to go further but couldn't, then came back to home position and said printing had finished.

No problem controlling the extruder manually.

I'm also unable to control Solidoodle with any other program like Pronterface or ReplicatorG so if you have ini files or setup instructions for SD for those that will also help me.
