I got the new 2.0 Duo and had problem to print anything until I checked and re-calibrated the printer. I was then able to print the keychain sample and a car on their web site via USB. When I tried to print another sample vase, my nozzle got jam again and when I checked the calibration, it is off again?!
Am I supposed to do re-calibration often??? Or maybe something is wrong with my printer?
I have been doing testing in the last 2 days, it looks like I can print now but after every job, the calibration will be off and I need to re-calibrate it. Is it normal? I assumed the machine is so sensitive that the calibration changed during the print or when I removed the model from the plate?
I got the 2.0 yesterday and have printed 15 items already.
The Keychain and Logo both turned out amazing using both extruders, with red and white abs.
I'm now trying to print mini items with .4mm wall thickness, printing fine, until it gets to 60degree overhangs. When I take wall thickness up to .8mm, it helps. Probably would have no issues if I added support as you are supposed to, but I am pushing the limits here.
Going to try messing with Slic3r and see if I can slow down the extruders, they seem to running to fast for single wall .4mm overhangs, but I am certain 99.9% of other printers would not be able to handle this either, Lasers would have a hard time with such files.

I'm considering purchasing the 2.0 - have the calibration problems been resolved, or are you still having a problem after each print?
I've had the 2.0 Duo for 8 days. Yes the calibration gets off on the bed a lot. But part of this I think is due to not letting your prints cool long enough. I've found that when the print is done and the Duo 2.0 lowers the bed for print removal that its hard to get the print off (using glue stick). If I wait an hour or 2 then its a lot easier. I've been forcing the prints off the bed which I think caused my alignment issue and caused a filament jam. When the bed gets out of alignment and is to close to the nozzle, the back pressure causes a filament jam. Once I re-leveled the bed it no more Jams. The XYZ software pops up a reminder after 25 hours of printing to clean the print heads. At the same time I level the bed. So basically every 25 hours I do a bed level to insure the quality of my prints.
FYI - watch out for the XYZ software slicing issue. I downloaded a "Dalek" from thingiverse and brought the stl into XYZ software. It sliced it up but converted the round protrusions on the body of the Dalek's to squares. I printed at the best quality setting. I took the same STL brought it into Slicr3 then exported it to GCODE. Opened up the GCODE with Notepad++ and saved it as Base 64 as a .3w file. Then imported it into XYZ and then I saw the correct print with the rounded protrusions on its body. I've noticed other oddities with the XYZ software which is making me lean toward using other slicing engines.
Glad things seem to be ok now ...
My experience with the DUO 2.0A so far has been nothing but excellent !
I have never had to calibrate this printer it has worked out of the box and i have used a few hundred meters now
Since i am new to the 3D printing scene any problems i have had i always put me to blame and not the printer and so far that has worked 
(I figure the manufacture knows more than me)
I am using XYZWARE for WinXP (I will not update my printer until i know more about firmware) and any issue i have had with models that dont slice correctly or look weird i just run through NETFABB and that fixes everything
Oh and for removing builds i use the long box cutter blades and just peel up the end and then push it the rest of the way with the scraper that comes with the machine (No hitting or rough pushing just keep peeling slowly)

I use this technique with both my Duo and 1.0
After the print is done, I open the door and wait about 10 min. When I hear the cracking due to the shrinkage of the print base vs the glass, is a good time to remove the print. Not before, not after, since it may reglue itself to the base.
I use a layer of hairspray plus some Elmers glue on the bed. Messy, but stable.
