Topic: Hi guys!

Hi guys,

I'm Miroule, I live in France, near Lyon and I'm the very happy owner of a Solidoodle 4! I bought it with some friends and after few days I guess I'm pretty surprised about it!
Before I bought it, I read a lot of bad reviews ("good printer but for pro-users, blabla") but no! I printed my first thing with a pretty good quality in less than 30 minutes after I opened the box!

So now, I'm still trying to find the best settings in order to improve the quality and the aspect of my printed stuff but I sincerely think that this SD4 is amazing!

Hope I'll be able to set it better!

Welcome! I was a lot like this at first until I decided to tweek things and that will probbaly happen to you also. But this forum is great for that.

welcome I am also a new SD 4 owner user . My first part looked like a part.
I find myself pushing the manual overrides and pushing the extrusion and slowing the speed for the first couple of layers. I know there are better ways.  stay at it ask one question at a time change one setting at a time you will get it down.
