Topic: Seeking Colored Translucent ABS

I am seeking colored translucent/transparent ABS 1.75mm (much perfered to be in the US as shipping across the seas is rather expensive). Anyone know a place?

I have some clear ABS and plenty of PLA translucent colors, but I am hoping to find ABS that is colored translucent/transparent because I really like that look.

I don't know of any in the US, but shipping from Chinese suppliers combined with cheaper prices tends to give you a total cost close to domestic suppliers.

The Crysta-line filaments at https://www.3dprintergear.com.au/7-premium-abs- would be expensive since they come from Australia, but they are good quality.  It's a hard thing to google, you mostly get results for clear filaments.

The stuff from 3Dprintergear.com.au I'm pretty sure comes from China anyway.
My last order from them had made in China stickers all over them, and the filament wasn't particularly wonderful either.

Thanks Brad, this has been one of the more interesting approaches to spam I have ever seen.
I fully support the promotion of ones business but it should be confined to the Buy/Sell/Trade section.  Just tell us who you are and what you sell and I can assure you a more positive response.  Hitting a bunch of topics trying to promote your business only turns people off.

Well I don't mind the ad since I asked inside the buy/sell forum. Except  3Dfilamenta does not have what I was requested. Though the previous link for the Crysta-line filaments seems viable except for shipping and all. I guess colored transparent ABS isn't very popular. I wonder why?

Hi Tammy,

As far as I know we are the only ones offering tinted transparent ABS. Send me an email if you like and maybe we can work something out re shipping.
