Topic: 123D Updated, now it crashes on Start Up. WhaHoppen?

Hi guys. It's been a few months since I've been on the forum (I know, you've enjoyed EVERY minute of it) and I'm back. I had to quit using SketchUp and switched to Autodesk's 123D Design, which I love so far.

I had a version of 123D from last ter and made a really nice set of moedls but kept having a glitch in Pan and Orbit so I found the Update and Installed it. Now, it won't load. When I try to open it, it acts like its going to but after several seconds, just disappears altogether. I have reinstalled, Excepted it in Norton Auto Protect (I'm guessing 123D is trying to phone home) but still no luck.

So, any 123D gurus here? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks guys, its good to be back Next I'll be trying their MeshMixer and printing on my SD3. It'll be great!

make sure your video driver is up to date.

Thanks Wire. Yeah, I did that and made sure I had all updates for Windows and anything else. Still no luck. I appreiate the suggestion that is a common problem, just not this time.
