Topic: E3DV5 hotend with free 0.25mm nozzle

Hi all, I purchased a v5 hotend when it was on sale and immediately purchased a v6 when it came out. As title says it will include a .25mm nozzle for free. Hot end has not been used, I will post pictures here later tonight when home.

Asking $60, buyer pays shipping

EDIT: I forgot to mention it is a 1.75mm direct feed. I only accept paypal.

How easy/difficult would it be to mod it to a bowden setup? Just get the plastic PTCs that they use or something else need to be modded as well?

That hot end is a direct feed so unless you have access to a machine shop you'd be better off just buying a new one from filastuder that was already set up for Bowden feed

You can convert it to a bowden...if you are in the US you can order from Filastruder.com.

Wow!  That is above and beyond in the order of customer service and satisfaction.  Why aren't all vendors this helpful?
I buy stuff I don't even need from you just because of this level of service.  Well, that and I like to tinker with the stuff you sell.  Mostly the service thing though wink

I don't have any need for it other than to give it away.  Plenty of guys still use PEEK style hot ends and I like to help them make the switch. 
I'll give you $30 if you can get it shipped for $5 that's a total of $35 you pay the shipping.
After all everyone should have a bunch of hot ends laying in a box that never get used wink
