Topic: Printing in Steel with FDM

OK, I was perusing Zheng3's site www.zheng3.com and I came across this gem...

I'm kind of interested to see if this could be done with a solidoodle and an E3D.  I'd probably have to get the extruder made from metal to make sure that I didn't melt it, but it would be interesting to see if it could be done.

Not that I've got the resources to get it done, right now, but it's still interesting to see that someone has done it.

That is also entirely impossible.

It's cute, I was thinking "the fuck? How did he overcome x y z problem. I am so impressed!!" until I noticed the comments on april 2nd.

So didn't notice the date as I haven't been to Zheng's site for a while.  I'm willing to bet the chinese is... yep, just translated it... Dang, I'm gullible...
