I would just like to take a moment to welcome the newest registered user "solisam" to the community.  How can we help you?  Oh, wait we do that every day trying to help YOUR customers get their SD's to work or at least work better.  Their are many very brilliant users here that are more than willing to help in any way we can.

+1 Often times we are the customers first stop for service and advice.  Think about how much you save in time and manpower alone.

Since SD does not include any manual or instructions and they advertise "prints out of box", I would NEVER had purchased my SD2 without reading Soliforum first. It had me thinking and learning before I even ordered my printer. And it is interesting that Solidoodle dumps some (if not all) tech support onto a site it has no affiliation with.
I am not angry or venting...just sayin
