Topic: Some prop shrouds for a quad

Printed for the local UAV club - prop shroud (meh, I would have thought this made them 'rotor shrouds' but they are adamant they are still prop shrouds wink )

Natural ABS, 235°, .4mm nozzle, .2 layers, 2 x .48mm perimeters, 65% Infil, Printed on plain old Kapton tape @ 103°C
At 133 x 155 x 40mm a side (so each half) w/ 65% infill, it would traditionally be a warpage nightmare smile

Boring print, but its been ages since I've posted something non-technical related..
and more than anything else I just wanted to show, its not always all about glass/ceramic beds and hairspray wink

+1 to that and thank you for your very-technical responses I'm sure I am not the only one here that appreciates your hard work.  That being said isn't it time for you to discover some really cool, must have mod for our printers?  You know something that requires designing and printing than re-designing and reprinting our own mounts, brackets or what ever.  That's the stuff I really enjoy doing especially when the end result is a major improvement in either ease of use, quality and reliability.

Cool Adrian, I like the design we printed some the other day for mini quads, one piece print but they add so much weight that the quad needs over 80 percent throttle to get the 'props' airborne.
