Sorry, I didn't recognize it without the insulation tape. I saw the video once and just posted it.

Yeah, many instructions still show the old one, that got me too when I started. BTW, you mean aluminum heater block, not all-metal, I think? Somewhere on the MakerGear website they claim that the old (nichrome and ceramic) version performs marginally better, but is much more labor-intensive to manufacture. It's not a bad hotend, but the E3D, which is truly all-metal, is much better (although I was somewhat skeptical originally, I admit I was wrong) -- and costs about the same too (at least retail), maybe they'll use it in the future...
