Topic: Felix 3.0? (x-post from /r/3Dprinting)

Does anyone have a felix 3.0 (or 2.0) who can share their experience? I was sold on the solidoodle 3 but now it's looking like that's not going to happen. I've been looking at alternatives and the Felix is the one that stood out to me. My problem with the entire reprap area is that they all look like a mess but the felix is a beautiful machine, gets good reviews, and exists. It's quite a bit more expensive than the solidoodle but I'm feeling like it's worth it. Thoughts?

Huh.  ...I kind of want one of those too.  They are beautiful.

How much are they?  Oh.  1700 dollars for the good one.. lol.

Looks worth it though.

I just bought a 3.0 a week or so ago, Ill keep you update on it, it should arrive in a few weeks, hopefully not to long as i can hardly wait! It will be my first 3D printer so it could be interesting. I was sold on it for the build/print quality and also the build volume is pretty large. I bought it with the duel extrusion as well. Ive spent some time with the maker bot but wanted a bigger build size. I also paid $1,904 with LCD, Duel extruder, and 1-4 day UPS shipping (~$115)
