does any one know the aproximate length of a 2.2lbs roll of 1.75 abs

1.) look up the density of ABS, convert mass to volume
2.) calculate crossectional area
3.) divide volume by area

I started doing the calcs before I saw this.
P.s, density is about 1.04g/cm^3

??? I saw several answers.

but if you wish to check a certain roll you have remember this can vary by 10 feet just depending on if your scales is just a few grams off then there is the matter of the spool tare.

Some Chinese websites sell them in "400 meter" rolls, and that is what the google groups link calculations say for 1000g rolls, so it's about 400 meters

400M = 1312ft 41⁄32in
