Topic: Hello from Oregon

Hi All!

I just placed an order for an SD3 and although it is for my husband(and sons, and stepsons, and aunts and uncles, Grandpa....whole family of engineers here)  I am the one who likes to geek out on doing lots of research and finding and understanding quality and value so... I'm the one that chose the SD3.

Many thanks to you all for the insights and info on this forum which helped me track down the best machine for us. 

I ordered it today so will be doing the waiting in line dance with the rest of the holiday shoppers. 

I'm excited to keep reading and learning about all the cool mods for the SD3!

Hi Octavia, welcome to the forum! And good luck with the printer, I promise you it will be sometimes painful to tweak and get going, but it will be worth it in the end!
