Have anyone faced this issue? I realised that usually after 24 hours of constant printing, my Z Offset screw would move itself upwards, largely due to the vibration of the printer.
Anyone have any idea on how to counter this issue? Other then putting super glue on the screw.
The ultimate solution lies in the various threads on automatic bed level sensing :-).
One thing that helped me was to paint a thin white line across the top of the screw so I could at least see if it moved and probably move it back to about the right place (if I could remember where the line was last, anyway :-).

There are a few designs for z-offsets on thingiverse. If you print a new one it will be tighter.
I had the same problem early on and fixed it with a dab of blue lock tight and it's still easy to adjust. I used to have to check it every other print and now I haven't touched it for a couple of months.
