This is WAAAY to broad of a questionnaire.  what kind of printer are we talking about to give and idea of how i would rate it.  there are things i would change about some printers and not others.  Asking on a 3d printing website if we know what one is???? REALLY????  How often i use is varies. 

Your post is like asking on a Ford Explorer forum "do you know what a car is?"  "do you use a car?" "how often do you use a car?"  "how would you rate cars in general 1-10?" "Is there anything you would change about cars in general?" "would you purchase something  to improve a car in general?" "Would you rather purchase a new car or improve a general car?"

All those questions vary depending on your specific car and what it needs.  None of them can really be answered and come out with anything like a good survey.

The questionnaire is general because I want to know if there are similar problems with different printer brands.

I put the first question on there just because this survey has been posted elsewhere as well, and having two different surveys would be more complicated to add the results together.

Also, there is a specific problem with a 3D printer that I have and so I am trying, with my group, to invent something to fix it. We just need a justification survey to see if other people have the same problem. We don't want to "put words in your mouth" by telling you the problem already, so we did not specify it on the survey.

Please fill it out if you can. You can put very specific comments in the "If so, what?" part of question 5.

One more thing, the quality of the printer question is just to ask if you are completely satisfied with the current printer you are using. Don't think too deeply about this survey. It was supposed to be kind of general.

New Printer (but it really depends on how great the improvement value is)

Also I like your answer to the quality question. I guess it does depend on what you use it for. I see 3D printers one day being prevalent in libraries. The system of paying to print is widely used in school libraries. And, most students forget stuff. In the future they may be able to purchase school supplies, or even the glasses they may have forgotten, from the school library. That was just one thought- I know there are many more fields that 3D printers can be and are applied to.

Now 3D printing is done with Sublimation machines also. It can be done on fabric, metal, plastic, iron. It is a new techniques which brought the printing world to the new level.
