New Order Questions

Hi,

I am planning to order a SolidDoodle 3. My goal is to use it to print figurines and busts that I model myself.  I have some questions that I'd like to throw out there, hoping to get some insight.

1. If I order a SD3 today, how long should I expect to wait until the order arrives?

2. What extra parts, tools and/or accessories should I order with it? I was thinking a couple of spools of natural ABS, the toolkit, and the tape for the bed.

3. Any other items I should purchase from third parties? Such as gauges for calibrating, upgrades, etc. I don't mind spending a few bucks in the beginning to make things easier.

Any other advice for the first time 3D Soliddoodler?
