Topic: Convert slic3r settings to kisslicer settings?

I don't supposed there is a handy perl or python script out there to convert all my slic3r settings to the nearest equivalent settings for kisslicer is there?

Or better yet: I don't suppose there is a standards initiative out there to unify the settings between all the different slicers? :-).

No - because they are very differently derived settings. There is many KISSlicer discussions on here, including a thread where ysb shared all his config settings.

As for your "better yet" - keep smiling mate... keep smiling....  they aren't all just doing the same thing with the same math - thats why they all have very different data input models wink

Kisslicer seems very foreign at first, but once you figure out what the equivalent settings are youll like it. So fast and gives great prints.
