Help with SD3 and a Printrboard Rev E

I had to purchase a new motherboard after a terrible mishap, so I purchased a new Printrboard REV E (for use on printrbots, not the Solidoodle Rev E motherboard) and I am trying to get the firmware correct. I have uploaded Marlin onto it but endstops arent correct, and many things seem backwards. When I try to upload the Solidoodle 3 firmware to it in Arduino 0022 there is all kinds of error. Could someone point in the right direction. Thanks!
