Topic: Solidodle 3

I am going to be purchasing a soliddole 3 in a few weeks and had a few questions. Almost all of my initial questions on the solidoodle 3 were cleared up after weeks of reading around on the forums. I feel like I know where everything is on the machine and how to fix any problem with it before I even have one. The only question that remains is, Why aren't there any reviews on the solidoodle website? I understand that shipping was extremely slow during the start up of the company and many people received broken machines (people over seas) due to the shipping carrier and not solidoodle. So, do the admins on the solidoodle website just delete every review they get because there are too many negative feedbacks that eventually get cleared up but the review doesn't and they just delete all reviews to save the hassle?

no idea. I wrote a review on the SD2. Never made it up there.

I ran into some "learning curve" headaches. Nothing wrong with the machine but pure lack of exposure to 3D printing. Only been printing a week now and feel like i have learned a ton, and still a lot to learn. I was going to spend $2800 and get the dual head makerbot printer, but glad I didn't because this printer does just as well IMHO.

I'd buy again, but would like to seem the release a more higher end version with a bit more bells and whistles. I'm sure with time they might.

Side note, this forum is awesome and everyone in it is really helpful. I'd buy again just cause of the community support.

We don't allow comments / reviews on the store page. The reason has less to do with negative feedback than it has to do with spam; we get a barrage of it everyday.

There's a ton of reviews in the stickied " review" section of the site. Also, people tend to speak their mind on our facebook page.

I'm confused.  Why do you have the stars up on your store page if you don't allow people to rate products?
