I like http://www.indhobbies.com colors, they are universal, mix well and most are 100:1 ratio.

+1 on universal masterbatch. I am experimenting with a wide range of materials (ABS, PLA, HDPE, Nylon, PETT, ...) and universal masterbatch lets you mix combinations freely.

So far I've ordered from both OS Printing and IND Hobbies. Both have been great to deal with. They've shipped all orders immediately, and everything arrived as described and in good shape. Given that both are one-person companies, that's pretty impressive.
