Topic: Thor's Hammer Question.

Has anyone else tried printing this? I printed both the hammer and the handle at scale 1x and the handle was far too small to fit into the hammer. The obvious solution would be to scale it down a little, but I am just wondering if there is something I am missing as to why they don't fit together as is?

I pulled them in to CAD...there seems to be about a 1.5mm total clearance (.75 per side) around the double-flat interface.  Should fit fine, but I would have made it no more than 1mm if that.

It is a very cool looking model!!
