Can you extrude manually? You most likely need to calibrate your printer.

Re: Iron man helmet

Have you checked the extruder temp?

What is the thingiverse number? or can you attach the .STL so others can test it.

Have you run it through NetFabbb Cloud?

Re: Iron man helmet

Could you post  your gcode from slicing it?

Re: Iron man helmet

Is the filament getting caughtup? I once had made the mistake of thinking my printer was busted, only to realize that my spool was stuck & unable to spin, thus not allowing the filament to be fed into the machine.

In the  stl file, is object hovering above the ground? Or placed flat? If its not flat then that might be your problem....

You can also visually check the gcode output for errors in RH

Have you tried moving the z-tab up a  bit? The nozzle maybe too close in general.

The Repetier-Host visualizer shows the mask being printed off in space below the bed.
Editing the gcode and removing or commenting out lines 6,7,8 gets it back on the bed. Though there appears to be more bad code in there that looks like it might cause a crash.
I am not sure it will print like that without supports, or maybe the model needs to be rotated to lay flat on its back.
And I am not sure where you got that gcode but you are either going to have to reproduce it correctly or fiddle with it to make it right.

Re: Iron man helmet

There a few of these on thingiverse, and even a couple that look like they printed OK. Maybe you can grab one of those, slice it and get it to work.

Thingiverse doesn't have any quality control. Nothing preventing you from uploading bad files.
