Topic: Missing thrust bearing

I've checked and re-checked every part of my package, and there is simply no thrust bearing included in kit #491. I'm hot to continue assembly ASAP, can you just tell me what to buy from the local shop? I also need the two washers- what size are they?

Local shops don't carry them, but we can send you one - email [email protected] with your address and let us know you need a thrust bearing.

Jim,

Had the same issue with three kits myself... Tim's shipping out replacements as soon as he finishes moving. So just shoot him a email like he said. Hes great with customer service. No worries there!
