Topic: Hello from Uganda: who wants to help making 3D printing a success?

Hello 3D  community,
recently printrbot donated two printers to us to see if 3D printing can help Uganda develop a manufacturing sector.
We are a small local solar company, trying to develop a product line, and we want to use 3D printers to put our electronics in a case.  We are struggling optimizing parameters so we are reaching out to the broader community looking for support. We welcome online mentors and hope somebody adventurous will consider a trip with a purpose to Uganda.

I hope this community will want to explore the many ways 3D printing can help change lives in Africa!

Ciao

We can help right here from our computers! post some pictures or describe what the problems you are having with optimizing the parameters and I am sure we can help you improve and even give new ideas for your uses smile

Thanks Ronsii.

Do you recommend that I start a new posting trail in a different section than the introduction? Or should I just get rolling from here?

Thanks

I would start a new thread on the subject you need help with... of course search through the forum first as most problems with quality and designs have been covered quite a bit smile

I find using google.com to search works better than the built in search function simply type 'site:soliforum.com improving print quality'

Thanks Ronsii,
I did search, and found something similar, but the solution did not work for us. I noticed you pitched into that discussion.

I reposted and I hope you can help me.
