Topic: How do you change the orientation of an object?

Hey guys
New 3d printer, first time.... I got the up! Mini printer.

My question is with the up software, how do I change the orientation of an object on the print bed.  I need an object that is laying flat to print upright.

Depends on what software you're using to slice... Does the UP! have it's own slicing and printing suite?

Thank you very much, thats what i was looking for just couldnt figure it out in the software.

Can I use a different program to print things?  I know some programs allow the objects to be altered, like adding parts, shaping etc, I think cube 3d software is like that?

What do you guys use, or can u refer me to something somewhat user friendly?

Also is there a way to view the dimensions of the model in this current software?
