Topic: Hello and a BIG Thank You!!! From Northern Minnesota
I received my SD3 in late April and other than a broken jigsaw assembly (SD got me a new one in a timely fashion) I was very excited. Early May I started printing and with the help of this forum I worked through most of the same issues everyone else has had.
First on my list to print was Lawsy's MK-3. now up to mk-5. So Thank You for that.
Second was a replacement extruder fan blade from kj6epl works great just follow the instructions. (Who hasn't stuck their finger in that thing?)
Third thing was to change to a glass bed and hairspray.
fourth thing and in my mind the best mod was change to an AC heated bed very simple to do and extremely fast
Thank You to Who ever had the video I saw somewhere on this forum for leading the way.
Next is E3D print head which should be here soon.
I cant possibly remember all the names and all the tips that have made this a fun and exciting experience so a blanket THANK YOU to you all that make this such a wealth of information.
I also would like to suggest to any newbie that they pay very close attention to any suggestion Ian or Lawsy might have.
You guys are AWESOME!!!
I can only hope that some day I may contribute something as valuable to this community as you guys have.
SO Once Again
Thank You
Bob
